Chef Rob’s passion for the highest quality and freshest ingredients in his cooking are reflected in the sometimes sophisticated but always excellent presentation and flavor of his dishes. Chef Rob's attention to every detail is reflected in the recent membership survey results that rated the quality, presentation and flavor of our food as better than that of any club in the entire country.
Chef Rob has brought to the GPYC the same passion and entrepreneurial spirit as when he was Executive Chef of Annapolis Yacht Club and as an owner of his own award winning restaurant in the resort town of Rehoboth Beach, DE. Since graduating from the Culinary Institute of America, Chef Rob has continuously crafted his culinary artistry and played a key role in the recognition of the GPYC as a Platinum Club of America, named the Number One Yacht Club in North America.
