Colby Newman
Colby developed his love for cooking from his mother and grandmother in their cozy kitchen in Springfield, MO. After a basketball injury in college, he decided to follow his long-held passion for cooking and attended Le Cordon Bleu Scottsdale Culinary Institute. With his background in French technique and Italian cuisine training, he provides farm-to-table and seasonally-focused dishes, with a modern, down-home twist.
